2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, installing our software, submitting an early-access request, purchasing a paid plan or add-on, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

3. Description of the Service

Robotron provides tools to provision servers, deploy applications (including front-end, PHP, Laravel, WordPress, Python, and similar stacks), manage virtual hosts, connect repositories, purchase or attach domains, and related hosting and automation features from a web panel, IDE extensions, or companion applications.

Features, limits, and availability may change over time. We may offer beta, early-access, or preview functionality that is provided “as is” and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken through API tokens, SSH keys, and connected third-party accounts (such as Git hosting providers).

Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights;
• Send spam, malware, phishing content, or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
• Host or distribute unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive material;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other customers’ environments, or third-party services;
• Mine cryptocurrency or run resource-intensive workloads unrelated to normal application hosting without our consent;
• Resell or sublicense the Service except where explicitly permitted in writing.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, disable sites, or suspend accounts to protect the Service and other users.

6. Your content and deployments

You retain ownership of code, data, and other content you upload or deploy through the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are solely responsible for Customer Content, backups, compliance with licenses for open-source or commercial software you deploy, and the security configuration of your applications.

7. Fees, billing, and domains

Some features are free for a limited period or subject to usage limits described on our website or in the panel. Paid plans, domain registrations, renewals, and other billable items are charged at the prices shown at checkout or in your account unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Recurring fees are billed in advance for each billing period. Unless required by applicable consumer law, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding period has started. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.

Domain names are registered through third-party registrars. Registration, renewal, transfer, and WHOIS policies of the relevant registry and registrar apply in addition to these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

Robotron MB and its licensors own the Service, including software, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example cloud providers, domain registrars, Git platforms, and payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or actions.

10. Availability and disclaimers

We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service. Maintenance, infrastructure failures, and factors outside our reasonable control may cause downtime or data loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robotron MB and its representatives, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty euros (EUR 50).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Lithuanian or EU consumer protection law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robotron MB from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued provision would create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete account data and hosted environments after a reasonable retention period, except where we must retain information by law. You should export backups before cancellation.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the Republic of Lithuania shall have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to mandatory consumer rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence where applicable under EU law.
